Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Engine of Ascension Holdings, LLC, whether billed under the **Data Ascension Consulting** or **Creator App** trade names. We sell digital services only; we do not ship physical goods, so return and shipping policies do not apply.

Scope: Digital Services Only

Engine of Ascension sells only digital products (Creator App SaaS) and professional services (Data Ascension Consulting). We do not ship physical goods. Accordingly, return and shipping policies are not applicable to any of our offerings.

Creator App (SaaS Subscription)

Creator App subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
  • No refunds for partial months or unused features.

Data Ascension Consulting Services

Refund eligibility for consulting and freelance services depends on the stage of the engagement:

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees or deposits.
  • After work has begun: Once work has commenced, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any completed work will be billed at the agreed-upon rate.
  • Delivered work: No refunds will be issued for work that has been completed and delivered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at ryan.brown@engineofascension.com with:

  • Your name and email address associated with your account.
  • The service or product for which you are requesting a refund.
  • The reason for your request.

We respond to refund requests within 48 business hours and complete our review within 5 business days.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
