You can request deletion of your personal information at any time. Engine of Ascension Holdings, LLC — including its trade names **Data Ascension Consulting** and **Creator App** — will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days (or sooner if required by the originating platform).
How to Request Deletion
Choose the method that works best for you:
1. Email us at ryan.brown@engineofascension.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your Creator App or consulting engagement account.
- Which specific data you want deleted (all data, or a specific third-party platform connection).
- Any account usernames or identifiers you used on third-party platforms that we may have stored.
2. Revoke directly at the source by removing Creator App's access in the settings page of the platform you connected (X, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn). Once access is revoked, we purge the associated data within the retention windows described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Meta-initiated deletion (Facebook, Instagram, Threads): If you remove our app from your Meta account, Meta sends us an automated Data Deletion Request via our registered callback. You will receive a confirmation code and a status URL from Meta.
What Happens After You Request Deletion
1. We verify that the request comes from the account holder.
2. We revoke any active third-party tokens we hold for that account.
3. We delete account records, cached analytics, and platform-derived data from our production systems.
4. We issue a final deletion confirmation within 30 days — sooner for YouTube data (30 days max), LinkedIn Marketing data (≤48 hours), and Meta-initiated requests (per Meta's stated window).
5. Backups that still contain your data are overwritten on our normal backup rotation (at most 35 days), after which no copy remains.
Data We May Retain
Even after deletion, we may retain the following for the minimum time required by law:
- Invoicing and tax records (typically 7 years in the U.S.).
- Records we are legally required to keep to respond to regulators, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
- Security/audit logs where required for fraud prevention (anonymized where possible).
Checking Your Deletion Status
For Meta-initiated deletions, keep the confirmation code from the Meta-provided status URL. For any other request, we will email you a case ID; reply to that email for status updates.
