Terms of Service

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

Both of the following are offerings of Engine of Ascension Holdings, LLC, operating under the corresponding trade name (DBA):

• Creator App (DBA): A social media analytics software-as-a-service platform (when available).
• Data Ascension Consulting (DBA): Data and AI consulting and freelance services.

All contracts, invoices, and payments are issued by Engine of Ascension Holdings, LLC, regardless of which trade name is presented on the purchasing website or on your card statement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We do not sell physical goods; return and shipping policies therefore do not apply to our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

Creator App subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Consulting engagements with Data Ascension Consulting are governed by separate statements of work or contracts agreed upon between you and the Company. Where a client requires a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for consulting engagements, we will provide and execute one on request.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Engine of Ascension Holdings, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you provide through our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services.

When you connect a third-party social platform (X, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn), you also agree to comply with that platform's terms of service. In particular, users of features that connect to YouTube also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our software.
• Use our services to violate any third-party platform's developer terms or privacy policies.

We aim to respond to all support requests sent to ryan.brown@engineofascension.com within 48 business hours. Refund-related requests are handled per our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engine of Ascension Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
